Beta FAQ

Can I download MAX from Google Play right now?

Not publicly yet. Android access is still controlled while MAX completes Google Play testing requirements. Request Android beta access and the team will send the right instructions when your device path is available.

Can iPhone users join the beta?

Yes. iPhone users can join through Apple TestFlight while the public App Store listing is not live. TestFlight availability may depend on Apple beta limits and build expiration windows.

Why does Android access work differently?

Google Play requires newer apps to complete testing requirements before broad production access. Until that gate is cleared, Android beta access should be handled through a controlled invite path.

Is the beta for emergencies or therapy?

No. MAX is a companion for reflection and emotional support. It is not a therapist, medical provider, or emergency service.
