MAX AI Companion participated in HREX 2026, held September 22–23 at the SMX Convention Center Manila. Under the theme “AI, Workforce Solutions & Beyond,” the event brought together HR professionals, workforce solution providers, and technology companies to explore tools and ideas shaping the future of work.

AI and the human experience at work

Artificial intelligence is changing recruitment, workplace operations, and the tools organizations use to support their teams. Alongside productivity and automation, employee well-being and the everyday human experience remain important parts of the future-of-work conversation.

Personal conversations call for careful consideration of privacy and trust. MAX AI Companion follows a privacy-first product philosophy and aims to make AI companionship approachable and mindful of users’ privacy.
